Job interviews

Reading a forum thread on the sh***est questions you are asked at a job interview (this person didn't get hired based on "how would you make a pb & j sandwich?"), I suddenly remembered some of the weird questions that I've been asked when I first started interviewing for jobs right out of college.

Q. What kind of a tree would you be and why?
A. A pine tree. (that was the only tree name that I could think of at the time. Not much of a tree person to begin with.)(some crap about pine trees looking soft and flowly from far away but up close it's all sticks and needles and that's how i am when it comes to work blah blah blah).

Q. What kind of a candy bar would you be and why? (i got asked a lot of questions like these...)
A. Snickers. (it's my favorite, its soft and chewy on the outside with some nuts inside kinda like me blah blah blah - see the pattern here?)

I really don't see how these questions are at the very least relevant to hiring someone, but i did get offers from them (which i respectfully declined).


Which reminds me, anyone need a web designer somewhere?
